Sweeping, Reclamation

The “Sweep-In” reclaim system is the most basic and economical design of the abrasive floor reclaim systems. This sweep-in reclaim system consists of a metered gravity feed floor hopper, a belt and bucket elevator assembly, an air-wash separator with rotary scalping drum and a free-standing abrasive storage hopper. This sweep-in reclaim system can be labor intensive based on the volume of blasting and the size of the blast room. Abrasive must be manually shoveled or pushed into the gravity feed hopper for reclaim.

Tank refurbishing and construction

We design and manufacture storage tanks of various capacities that meet NUPRC and other regulatory bodies specification. We design and construct/ manufacture the tanks as per requirement. Storage tanks are containers that hold liquids, compressed gases or mediums used for the short- or long-term storage of heat or cold. Storage tanks containing organic liquids, non organic liquids, vapors and can be found in many industries. Most storage tanks are designed and built to meet Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) specification.
